01How does CyberGuard detect phishing threats?

CyberGuard analyzes the URLs and email content you submit against known phishing patterns, suspicious domain signals, and live threat indicators. Results are returned instantly with a risk score and a clear breakdown of what was flagged.

02Is my scan history uploaded or shared?

No. Your scan history is stored exclusively on your device. It is never transmitted to our servers, shared with third parties, or accessible by anyone other than you.

03Are generated passwords stored outside my device?

No. Passwords generated by CyberGuard are saved locally on your device only. They are never sent to our servers or any external service.

04How do I delete my scan history?

Open the app, go to Settings, then tap Clear History. You can also remove all locally stored data by uninstalling the app.

05What does my security score mean?

Your security score reflects how consistently you use CyberGuard's protective features — including scan frequency, threats detected, and app settings. A higher score means stronger, more active protection habits.

06The app flagged a site I trust. What should I do?

CyberGuard flags content based on risk signals, which does not always confirm a threat. Use it as one layer of protection alongside your own judgment. If uncertain, verify the source independently before clicking any links or entering personal information.
