By downloading, installing, or using CyberGuard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
CyberGuard is available on the Apple App Store for iOS devices and is operated by CyberGuard Security. These terms govern your use of the app and all related services.
CyberGuard is a personal security application that provides the following features:
CyberGuard is provided free of charge. No subscription or in-app purchase is required to access any feature.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use CyberGuard. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the app only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
CyberGuard offers optional sign-in via Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. Creating an account allows your security score and activity to be saved across sessions.
You agree to use CyberGuard only for lawful personal security purposes, including checking URLs and emails you have received, generating passwords for your own accounts, and using the Security Assistant for personal guidance.
You must not use CyberGuard in any way that:
CyberGuard is designed to help identify possible security risks based on known patterns, public threat databases, and rule-based analysis. However, no security tool can guarantee complete protection against every threat.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CyberGuard Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. CyberGuard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
CyberGuard integrates with third-party services including URLhaus, Google Safe Browsing, RDAP, Cloudflare DNS, Firebase, Google Sign-In, and Sign in with Apple. Your use of these services through CyberGuard is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

You may stop using CyberGuard at any time by deleting the app. If you have an account, you can permanently delete it from Settings → Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
CyberGuard is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app and provided personal information, please contact us immediately.
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. By using CyberGuard, you agree that any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal requirements in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page. Your continued use of CyberGuard after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
